Message the alignment shop cannot adjust camber. Either a bushing has worn out or parts are bent because they should be the same camber up front. Perhaps your Z is not level after lowering, that will cause different camber on either side.

If you purchase upper control arms (spl, powertrix, z1), then the shop can adjust your camber up front. Also that is a decent amount of camber if you are not looking for a performance track alignment. Factory is like from -1 to -1.5 degrees up front.

When the tech aligns the front tension rods, if he does not know the little rod ends will move and he won't think anything of it. You need to be specific and let him know that they should be straight with the vehicle on the ground.

It isn't the shop's fault, you need to educate them on your suspension components. Not many places deal with adjustable parts. Just typical factory camber eccentric bolts and toe adjustment.
